What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.
When will my order ship? Once your order is placed and payment is validated, please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing and shipping.
What is the delivery time? On average, delivery takes between 4 and 9 business days.
Will I have to pay taxes or customs duties? Your order may be subject to import taxes and customs duties upon arrival in your country. The amount is generally around 20% of the product's value, but this can vary by country.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more precise information.
Lisa Côte d'Azur has no control over these fees and is not responsible for them. The customer is responsible for any additional customs-related costs. In rare cases, packages may experience customs delays.
I need to modify or cancel my order. How do I do that? Contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order.
After 24 hours or once the order has been processed, we will no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.
My order appears as "Unfulfilled." What does that mean? This simply means that we have successfully received your order.
Once processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status will change to "Fulfilled."
How do I return an item? If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please inform us within 14 days of delivery.
New items can be returned for a full refund.
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return — we will send you all necessary instructions.
⚠️ Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Are return shipping costs covered? No. All return shipping costs and other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
I received a defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing item. What should I do? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Details of the issue
We will do our best to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
How long does the return process take, and when will I be refunded? Processing can take up to 5 business days from the receipt of the return.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Refunds are sent to the original payment method:
- Credit card: between 5 and 7 business days
Will my items arrive in the same package? For logistical reasons, some orders may be shipped in multiple separate packages.
